1. Service Agreement

By booking lawn mowing services with Qicufi, you enter into a binding agreement with us. Our services include professional grass cutting, lawn maintenance, edging, and related landscaping activities as specified in your service package.

1.1 Service Scope

We provide comprehensive lawn care services tailored to your specific needs. Each service package will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation, including frequency, scope of work, and any additional services requested.

1.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify service schedules due to weather conditions, equipment maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any changes and reschedule at the earliest convenience.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Services can be booked through our website, by phone, or via email. We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours of receiving your booking request.

3. Pricing and Payment

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

  • No-show appointments: Full service fee charged
  • Rescheduling is free when done with adequate notice

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure efficient and safe service delivery, clients are responsible for:

  1. Providing clear access to the lawn area and removing any obstacles
  2. Securing pets indoors or in a safe area during service
  3. Notifying us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or hazards
  4. Ensuring gates are unlocked or providing access codes
  5. Informing us of any specific requirements or concerns

6. Liability and Insurance

Qicufi maintains comprehensive liability insurance for all services provided. We take utmost care in delivering our services; however, our liability is limited as follows:

We are not liable for damage to lawns resulting from pre-existing conditions, disease, drought, or pest infestations. We will not be held responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, invisible obstacles, or items left in the lawn area without prior notification.

7. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

8. Weather Policy

Lawn mowing services may be postponed due to inclement weather, including heavy rain, storms, or unsafe ground conditions. We will reschedule your service as soon as conditions permit without any additional charges.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and comply with all applicable data protection regulations. Personal information collected during booking is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

Qicufi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 14 days written notice. Qicufi reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, abusive behavior, or breach of these terms.
